Roles and Responsibilities :
The job primarily involves curating, generating, proofreading, and publishing content on various channels per the latest marketing trends. 
  • Brainstorming: Participate/initiate brainstorming sessions to contribute to creative ideas for content campaigns. 
  • Content Creation for Social Media: Develop and write engaging posts for social media platforms, ensuring each post aligns with the brand’s voice to build a loyal online community. 
  • Website Content Development: Write clear, concise, and engaging website content, ensuring the content is optimised for search engines and enhances user experience. 
  • Google Ad Titles: Create compelling ad copies for Google Ads that drive click-through rates and conversions.
  • Google Descriptions: Write detailed product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits. 
  • SEO Blog Writing: Develop effective SEO content strategies, research and write informative & engaging blog posts, optimised for search engines, by implementing best practices such as keyword research, internal linking, and meta descriptions. 
  • Social Media Ad Copywriting: Strategize and write compelling ad copies for social media campaigns, each tailored to the specific platforms and audience. 
  • Creative Caption Writing: Craft engaging and attention-grabbing captions for social media posts that reflect the product/service’s features, and enable audience interaction. 
  • AI-Informed Content Practices: Mastering prompt engineering to utilize tools like ChatGPT for generating ideas and inspirations, and crafting content with AI assistance.
  • Content Research: Conduct thorough research on the brand, its products/services, and its competitors, staying up to date with industry trends, and market developments to create informed content. 
  • Team Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with all other departments to ensure content consistency, and coordinate with clients to understand their brand needs and preferences. 
Candidates with in-depth knowledge of social media copywriting, blog marketing, SEO best practices, and AI prompt engineering would be preferred.  Experience: 2+ years  Job Location: Adyar, Chennai Experience in branding and advertising agencies would be a major plus. Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Create visually appealing Logos, Illustrations, Brochures, Pamphlets, Package designs and other branding works using appropriate colors and layouts.
Requirements::
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design softwares such as Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop
  • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and After effects will be an added advantage
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and excellent communication skills – Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines
Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with knowledge of AI tools such as DALL-E and MID JOURNEY.   • Edit and optimize short-form video content for social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram Reels.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in video editing and social media to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a video editor with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
  • Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate brand messages effectively through video.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to generating new ideas and concepts for content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of video optimization techniques for social media platforms and understanding of social media analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field is preferred.
