As an HR Associate/Senior Executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence to support a positive work environment and organizational effectiveness. You will lead our recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our organizational goals and culture. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Recruitment:
