Role Overview
At God Particles, we believe in transforming ideas into powerful visual stories that inspire, engage, and elevate brands.As a Design Team Lead, you will guide our creative team in crafting impactful design solutions across branding, digital media, web, packaging, and campaign assets.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping design direction, ensuring visual consistency, mentoring designers, and delivering high-quality outputs that align with client objectives and current design trends.
This role blends creativity, leadership, strategy, and execution—ideal for someone who lives and breathes design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation and develop design strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Guide the team to produce visually compelling and high-quality designs for branding, digital, print, and campaigns.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of designers and conduct regular design reviews for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, performance, and development teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end design execution and maintain high standards in layout, typography, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and lead the development of brand identities and visual systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of design experience with proven team leadership.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and branding systems.
- Excellent creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide teams and manage multiple projects.
